Andrea Shaver

Year: 4th
Major: Graphic Design
Hometown: Frisco, TX / Telluride, CO

My name is Andrea Shaver and this year I have the honor of serving as the President of Student Government! I love RIT and I want to continue to help make a difference – I hope to be able to continue my work that I started last year to make RIT a better place for all students. I have been actively involved in SG, bringing Zipcar to campus, chairing multiple committees, implementing the new ID design, sitting as a student representative for the Board of Trustees, and charing the Rochester Intercollegiate Council.

I would love to meet you and discuss what changes you want to see at RIT. Feel free to email, tweet, or Facebook message me so that we can set up a time to meet. Or just stop in and say hello! I basically live in the office, so there’s a good chance you’ll catch me. Student Government is here to help you! My door is always open 🙂
