Maintenance and Facilities
If you are living in a residence hall, consider contacting your RA for help in submitting maintenance requests. Otherwise, any housing-related maintenance (furniture issues, etc.) can be submitted at myhousing.rit.edu.
Other issues in housing can be reported through FMS’ work order tracking system at https://sso.ecenterone.com/RIT/WO
The library provides many resources to students. Learn more about library.rit.edu.
If you are having trouble with your roommate on campus, consider contacting the Center for Residence Life through your RA.
If you are having a conflict with a student who isn’t on campus, or if you aren’t comfortable working through the Center for Residence Life, the Ombuds Office is a great resource providing conflict mediation services. https://www.rit.edu/ombuds/
The Club Center is the place to go for students who would like to join a club, start a club, or resolve an issue with a club. https://www.rit.edu/studentaffairs/campuslife/
If the Club Center is unable to help, consider contacting the Director for Clubs and Organizations in SG.
Public Safety is available 24/7 to keep RIT’s community safe.

Public Safety is integrated with 911 dispatch. In an *emergency* you can dial Public Safety’s number or 911 if you can’t remember.

ITS provides excellent services to the RIT community through several service desks & support centers on campus.
